CAN I SEE A SAMPLE? Yes, you can order a sample of all our designs (invitation only) and this sample will be made up in your chosen colours. Samples are charged at £5 each and can be ordered in our shop.
WILL MY SAMPLE BE PERSONALISED? No, we will use our sample text on your sample. If you proceed with an order, we will take all your details via our order form and create a personalised proof for you to check before we print your order.
HOW LONG WILL MY SAMPLE TAKE TO ARRIVE? We try to despatch sample orders on a weekly basis, but please allow up to 3 weeks for the sample to arrive during our busy periods and if you are outside of the UK.
HOW TO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR INVITATIONS AND STATIONERY? Please contact us so we can book your order in our diary. We will need: 1. Approx. number of invites required 2. When you would ideally like to take delivery of your order. A space will then be booked for your order. We will then ask you to complete our order form and pay a 50% deposit.
CAN I BOOK A PRODUCTION DATE IN ADVANCE? Here Comes The Bride is often fully booked from 1 to 2 months in advance so it is recommended to book a production date with us as soon as possible. We take advance bookings up to 12 month in advance.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER? While we have a no minimum order policy, invitation orders under 15, will be subject to a £15 small order charge. There is no minimum order on any ceremony/reception items.
DO YOUR REQUIRE A DEPOSIT? Yes, you will be asked to pay a 50% deposit on the total estimated order cost when completing your order form. The remaining 50% and shipping costs will be due when the order is complete and ready to be shipped. If your total order value is under £100, the full amount is payable with your order form.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? We accept Cheque, Debit/Credit Card (Via PayPal) or Bank Transfer (BACS).
I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER STATIONERY FOR ‘ON THE DAY’ – HOW DO I DO THIS? Reception stationery such as place cards, table plans, menus etc can be ordered at the sample time as your invites, but we just need estimated quantities and no details. We will automatically book you a second slot nearer your wedding with final quantities and details to be provided 4 weeks before the wedding. We will only invoice you for what you actually have as we understand numbers and plans change in the months running up to your wedding. Alternatively, you can order your invites now and then come back to us closer to your wedding for your reception stationery. We recommend getting in touch no later than 2 months before your wedding to ensure we have space in our diary to accommodate your order.
CAN I CHANGE THE COLOUR OF THE DESIGN I HAVE SEEN? All of our designs are available in lots of different colours and colour combinations. Please do not hesitate to get in touch to discuss your requirements.
CAN YOU MATCH COLOURS FROM A SWATCH I CAN GIVE YOU? Yes, we are more than happy to match print colours, card etc to a colour swatch you have, be it a fabric swatch, paint chart, cutting etc.
DO YOUR INVITATIONS COME WITH ENVELOPES? All our invitations come with envelopes for posting included in the price. If you are ordering an RSVP card and envelope, the envelope will come printed with the return address.
CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN FONT? All of our designs have had their fonts carefully chosen to compliment the theme and design. We highly recommend that you choose the font that we have selected for each design. However if you have something in particular in mind, please do get in touch to discuss this.
CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN WORDING? We have a number of wording templates available which can be used to guide you. Please feel free to supply us with you own wording if you prefer.
CAN I USE A FOREIGN LANGUAGE ON MY INVITATIONS? We are more than happy to print your invitations in a foreign language. Text for invitation must be supplied electronically and customer must be particularly careful when checking proofs. Please not that not all fonts work with all languages. There will be a one-off charge of £10 for this service.
I WOULD LIKE MY GUESTS NAMES AND/OR GUEST ADDRESSES PRINTED, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO? We can print your guest’s names on the invites (charged at 25p per invite) and your guest’s addresses on the outer envelopes (charged at 25p per invite). We will ask you to complete our spreadsheet should you order either or both of our services.
I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE AN EXTRA INFORMATION CARD INSIDE/WITH MY INVITE. HOW DO I PROVIDE THE DETAILS? There is a box on our order form to include the details you would like on this card. It includes printing on both sides of the card if required and typically there is space for around 300 words on each card (depending on design and format).
MY GUESTS NEED TO GIVE US THEIR MENU CHOICES, CAN YOU HELP? Yes! WE can print a menu selector on the back of your RSVP card at no extra charge. There is limited space on the back of the RSVP card so you may need an ‘Extra Information Card’ so the full menu details can be provided.
HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER? Customers should expect to receive their order approx 7-10 working days from their booked production date. A ‘delivery by’ date will be provided when booking.HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED? We use a courier to deliver a majority of our orders. Deliveries take place 7 days a week to suit and will require a signature. We are more than happy to send orders to work addresses (please mark on order form). We will always get in touch prior to delivering an order to arrange a convenient day for delivery. Deliveries are available on Saturdays and Sundays at no extra cost and full tracking details and one hour delivery slot provided. HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY? Our current shipping charge, per delivery, is £4.95 (Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For) for small orders under 1kg and £9.95 for all other orders which is delivered by Interlink Express. CAN YOU SHIP AN ORDER OVERSEAS/WORLDWIDE? Yes, all our invitations and stationery is available for delivery outside the United Kingdom. Shipping starts from £15 for delivery in Europe and from £25 for the rest of the world.
